Mission Statement

• To protect property, economic viability and agricultural values;
• To manage resource, particularly in maintaining water quantity/quality
• To provide conservation education and outreach through a Coordinated Resource Management Planning process.

Sierra Valley Resource Conservation District (SVRCD) serves residents and the natural resources within the District boundary encompassing Plumas, Sierra and Lassen Counties, CA., to conserve and protect natural resources, thereby providing healthful values for locals as well as others outside of the SVRCD confines.
